My stay at All Time Relais & Sport Hotel was a mixed bag. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were impressive, making my stay comfortable. but I was disappointed by the surprise pool fees and the location being quite isolated from central attractions. Overall, while there were highlights, the charges and service issues left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and a free minibar that was replenished daily. However, I found the room sizes a bit small for what I expected from a 4-star hotel.
Service
5.0
Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I felt there was a lack of communication regarding amenities. like breakfast hours and spa access limitations. It would have been nice to receive more information upon check-in.
Location
5.0
The hotel is in a quiet area but feels quite isolated, making access to central Rome a challenge. especially with taxi fares adding up. I would have preferred to stay somewhere more conveniently located.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was basic and I didn’t try the lunch options. but I did hear from others that the lunch at the sports center wasn’t great. I appreciated that the restaurant nearby offered good dinner choices.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, I loved the quiet setting and the cleanliness of the rooms, but the additional charges for the pool and spa were unexpected and frustrating. The staff were quite helpful, but I faced some inconsistencies with my room assignment that left a sour impression at the start.

Rooms
7.0
My room was modern and clean, though not particularly luxurious or spacious. It featured good amenities and a comfortable bed, which made for satisfying sleep.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but I did encounter one instance of unprofessional behavior at the reception which was disappointing.
Location

The hotel is located in a quiet suburb, which was peaceful but also quite isolated. It took longer than expected to reach central Rome, so that's something to consider if you plan to explore the city.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was basic yet satisfactory, offering a selection of pastries and cold meats. I didn't try dinner but heard good things about the restaurant next door.
Facilities
5.0
While the gym and spa facilities were impressive, I found it frustrating that there were extra charges to access the spa and pool. It felt like I was misled regarding the amenities.

My stay at All Time Relais & Sport Hotel was quite the mixed bag. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but I found the layout confusing and the additional fees to access the pool really bothersome. The staff were friendly, which helped, but the hotel itself felt a bit far from the city action, making transportation a hassle.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and provided what I needed. however, it was small and lacked amenities like tea or coffee facilities. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t very user-friendly, requiring frequent calls to reception.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful. but I found a few of them to be somewhat grumpy at times, which dampened the experience a bit.
Location
5.0
While it's located in a quiet residential area, the distance from central Rome was a downside. I had to rely on taxis which added extra costs to my trip.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. though I didn't have much of a selection as it was limited and some items like fruits were missing.
Facilities
5.0
The fitness facilities next door looked impressive. But paying €15 just to lay by the pool felt unreasonable given the hotel’s marketing.

The room was clean and modern with good amenities, but the pool access fees were quite surprising. Overall, I appreciated the gym and spa, but I feel the hotel’s 4-star claim is a bit overstated.

Staff interactions were generally positive, with helpful and friendly service noted. However, I did experience some delays and a lack of attentiveness in certain areas, which was a bit frustrating.
